About the program: The program is based on a joint act, offering group support to an individual, and vice versa. The attendee learns how to focus and gain concentration by reading texts prior to a performance. Kids are taught the basic skills of acting.
Aim: Letting go of the fear that blocks pupils while reading aloud in front of a class, or communicating with professionals (professors, teachers, etc.)
Method: Using a drama template or working according to students’ choice from the school curriculum. The workshop includes practicing exercising short story narration, reading out loud, performing in front of a group, gaining concentration through games, listening as a perception exercise, learning texts by heart through games, performing scenes from chosen school literature.
The workshop is intended for: children from ages 10 to 14.
Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5.30 PM to 6.30 PM
Group size: maximum 14 participants.
